easyjet are a good company that didnt know what was going on at the warehouse where food was being prepared so correct if it gets ou from one place to another who cares but would you care if it was your child that ate the food that was retrieved from the bin? the food that is not that cheap but easyjet weren to know so point taken and i apologise but surely they should have done something about the company delivering the food?i would fly easyjet i just wouldnt eat the food!!!!!!!!

i do apoligise for that statement it was untrue and unfair easyjet as a company i have no problems but i would have hoped as being a passenger they would have not employed a company that is willing to go through the bin and possibly make myself or children sick do something about it,i know its a no frills airline and you pay for what u get and i withdraw the cheap flights for cheap ppl part sorry for any offence

Easy Jet don't make (or in this case, scavenge) the food. An entirely separate company is responsible for that. Easy Jet just buy the food for the passengers. The food supplier had crappy employees and didn't know they were feeding people stuff from the trash, nor did Easy Jet.

Plus, now that the people who got the food out of bins in the first place have been found out and sacked, you have a lot less to worry about. Not to mention the food is most likely more thoroughly checked now.

i relation to your comment about the food company not know that staff went through the bins for food it was the manager that told the guys to do it,as they had just got the easyjet contract and didnt wantto lose it,u seem to know what you are talking about but in actual fact u wouldnt know what was said or happened due to the fact that you were not there at the time,also the fact that the staff got sacked....WRONG the manager at the time got moved to a diffrent airport,staff stayed aswell FOOL!!

The manager is not the company, idiot. Do you even have any shadow of a vague idea what the organizational structure of a business looks like? There's quite a few levels between the manager of a single firm and the CEO. If the manager knows he's doing something he shouldn't, he'd sure as hell not going to support it because he's already trusted.

@LilOverdrive I went to Benidorm last week to visit my Gran who lives there. Today when I was coming home, We were delayed 3 HOURS, No. Not in the airport, delayed ON THE PLANE, Whilst we were still at the gate. They gave us 1 small FREE CUP OF WATER, and it was 70p for another cup. I will never fly with them again.

@OmsoiTekken Delaying you on the plane takes the piss :| I've just flown with EasyJet to Lanzarote & back, & I flew with them to Portugal last year, they're MUCH better than RyanAir. The Air Hostess' are really friendly too, apparently they're not V nice on RyanAir.

@TheA319pilot I know, it's a rip off. Last November I flew to Portugal with easyJet, we were expected to be delayed at least 1 hour because of the French ATC strike, but we still managed to depart after 20 minutes.

@Locker10a the leg room is actually worse ryanair took out seat pockets more room easyjet the cram extra in on a 180 max a320 they put in 183 and they got a toilet taken out and made the galley smaller for more seats
