Why do most demos always sound so shitty as far as sound quality goes?

Because they're usually not recorded in a professional studio? Improvised recordings by old cassette tape recorders, cell phones and such doesn't give too good sound quality.

@scmo08 actually...i have alot of demos from many bands on cassette and they sound great......cell phones on the other hand is a different kind of recording.....

ya in the (thaught section)they dont say any of it in the album version i thing they should of eh same and they should of kept the last verse to motion picture soundtrack (beutiful angel pulled apart at birth limbless and helpless i cant even recognize you) i got to see the guys on august 19 it was sweet it poured rain the whole time
