  • not the best sounding oscillation, but nailed the movement lol. great cover.

  • hey dude question, what distortion pedal are you using? it just sounds amazing

  • @IamTheScorchedEarth

Boss Turbo OverDrive OD-2 plus a slight overdriven tone from my amp.

  • This is the best cover of this song :DDD

  • What guitar is that? telecaster?

  • @MrZaceh

    Fender Thinline Telecaster 72 Reissue

  • godamit i wish i had that much pedals(fuck that atleast a godamn overdrive and a delay), the music stores where i live dont ever bring in anything(pedal) of any use at all..like an overdrive, distort, reverb, delay or chorus..

the shit they have are like fukin modulators and sustainers and useless shit like that and im not talkin like on or two like a whole bunch of unusable crap(by useless i mean common im broke as shit and do not have time for that shit) ...pisses me off soo freakin much >_<...

  • What kind of effect do you have to use for the end of the solo?

  • @CriticsConfession

basically just have a delay pedal and hit the last note and move the repeats all the way up and just mess with the time knob to slow down and then speed up the sound. Boss DD3 is what I used.

  • @thesoundofdistortion i feel like brian stole my delay trick.... i used to do that even before i listened to the pickups still a damn good song, and great cover to man

  • @IamTheScorchedEarth

Lol, I think everyone with a delay pedal did that one time or another. I know I used to mess with it when I first got my dd3 before i knew who they where.

  • @thesoundofdistortion i guess, well anyway, great cover man, keep it up

  • @thesoundofdistortion I'm getting a DD-3, mainly to cover this better with my band, so would you mind explaining EXACTLY how to get that sound, haha. Like the exact knobs and the which-ways, if you wouldn't mind, please?

  • @CriticsConfession

don't really remember the knob positions but just find a comfortable delay and when the time comes you just hit one note and quickly turn the repeat knob all the way right and just move the time knob around.

  • were did you get the tab for this? or did you just play this by ear.

This a wicked guitar cover by the way

  • @syoaran931

Thank You, I learned it by ear. Try searching it on Ultimate-guitar

  • what pedals did you use for the solo and how did you make it sound like that? also how what do you use to record into your computer?

  • @mjshot1

I used the Boss Turbo Overdrive OD2 and a Boss DD3. I use Adobe Audition to record. Plug my amps into my mixer then that into my pc.

  • What distortion pedal did you use for this??

  • @syoaran931

I used the Boss Turbo Overdrive OD2 all settings maxed out.

  • Wow Thats an amazing cover, I'm actually saving for that guitar at the moment aswell.

  • @1evansg

its an awesome guitar, i think its very versatile. I bought it a couple of years ago and I think they raised the price. But still quite worth it.

  • silversun pickups are a great band. Nice tone. Don't know why only 350 views. What guitar is that? Ah Ah Ah im not crazy! Seriously Good Job............

  • Thanks for the comment. I guess not too many people know about SSPUs or look up covers. Its a Fender Thinline Telecaster 72' Reissue.

  • . its amazing!!!

  • Thank You

  • Awesome cover. Amazing tone too. The tone on my guitar is great but with the camera i have it doesn't come through in the video. 5 STARS

  • You should try to record straight into your PC and just dub the audio into the video. That's what I do. Thanks for the comment.
