@animalmetalgeti This sort of view isn't a mode in Audiosurf. It's four separate audio recordings, played individually, then combined later in After Effects.

@animalmetalgeti There are a lot of tutorials online for ways to achieve various video effects. Most of the filters in Adobe After Effects are also fairly intuitive as you can see what they do when you place them on a video. I think the best way to learn is to just get the software and jump in. Learn as you go. Look things up when you get stuck.

The video seems like Audio Surf Multiplayer Online. It also seems like you have connections to the Audio-surf dev team, so may be you can answer. Why there is no audio surf online multiplayer, where people play at the same time.

@HELLF0X15 I've never asked them why there isn't a multiplayer mode in Audiosurf, but it's the sort of thing I'm sure has been requested numerous times ever since Audiosurf was first released. As for why there isn't such a mode, it's probably because it's not an easy thing to do and when a game isn't programmed to support something like that from the very start it's just about impossible to throw in later. It could require a full rewrite of the entire game.

@TheCarbon2 Go for it. Also, right click and "save link as" to save the mp3 - or if you're on the Quicktime player you can go to the file menu and save the page and it'll save the mp3.

Great song! Really just epic! Never heard any style like this before and I hope you will make a lot more of songs like this. There is just one bad thing about this song (in my opinion), there is too much 'quiet parts' if you get what I mean. Not enough superepicomfgwtf parts. But that's my opinion.

@lkymky Thanks! All of them and none of them, I guess. I don't really think about other music while I'm writing music, but it's all just sort of there in the back of my mind. For this track it would probably be Richard Wagner, Karl Orff, Aphex Twin, Frank Klepacki, E.S. Posthumus, Danny Elfman, Nightwish, The Prodigy, Sabrepulse and Meshuggah. :P
