This woman had every right to do and say what she did. My family has lived in Kennebunkport since 1795 (that isn't a typo), and I too am a lifelong citizen. It is absurd that when the president and his "friends" come to town, that we must live within predetermined confines, even though our tax dollars are the ones that put that street there! the baracade was set up about 1/2 a mile before the permit allowed us to go. the reason they did this was to keep the protesters away from the international media, that was at the other barricade. They did not arrest me until they led me to that other location. Leagally I did have a right because we had a permit.

The reason for crossing the barrier was that it was set up a half mile further away from walkers point than the permit was issued for. They had to lead us to the second barrier to arrest us.

this first road block was to keep us away from the international media. The only way to protest this administration is to break the rules sometimes. Otherwise they put you a mile away where nobody can see you.

My daughter, a man from veterans for peace and myself were led to a second barrier, we were met by 30 or so police in riot gear, were handcuffed and taken to YCJ. My daughter was released, I was booked and bailed out, the veteran for peace spent the night in jail. This has been in all the local news papers and on WMTW. Read a news paper before you lie.

They did not say she would be arrested until they led them to a second barrier. This president does not want to see or hear anyone who disagrees with him so he puts them in "zones".
