  • research on 1: Metaplasia (of muscle cells into fat cells), 2: 'Full body MRI scan' and usage

  • @superman

It worked for me as well. Im a personal

trainer & I got this program from a friend

to check it & the result was stunning cause

this program was almost the same as one

given by the dietician. I fully recommend

it to everyone who want to have a great

    body like mine :)

    PS=You mispelled the site name,Its:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • you looks like a SUPERMAN really thats serious

  • You are very good at what you do.

  • arrrr yea look at the rice cooker every asian needs 1!

  • @nightfire4107 Supplement on BCAA intra workout and glutamine post.

  • how can you be lean and carry alot of body fat isnt that a contradition........

  • so how can u tell the diffrence with protien in your diet? will it just turn to fat aswell as meat? saying with food, not supplents. very nice vid aswell, il keep my eye on that and not get ahead of myself. :P

  • tuan,

Can I ask you what your perspective is on gaining lean mass while maintaining or losing bodyfat? There are so many different opinions on it. I'm interested in your take on it.

  • Is that beef??

  • Great Video man!

  • Good point I totally agree with roughneckasian. As for me I'm clean bulking but I won't be surprise if I did put on some fat.

  • kinda looks like superman without the muscle..

  • Great video! Very informational, I am using my sons Youtube account to comment & tell you your ripped to facking shreds.

  • I'm a straight dude, but I have to say that's a beautiful physique. I want to look like that!

  • Tuan ate those delicious steaks after the video

  • thanks taun. im trying to get my weight up to 155 from 143. I guess my muscle is lean since im on a raw food diet and run everyother day. Also i am taking raw meal protein to help recover.

  • If you don't mind me asking, what is your diet like?

  • how do u take the fat out inbetween ur muscle so ur muscles are 100 % muscle¿

  • @michaelmessi321 Burn more calories, no different than the fat on your stomach or on your thighs.

  • @michaelmessi321 you have to use tweezers

  • I had never seen muscle explained this way, it makes so much more sense. I am 17 years old and have been working out for about a year and 3 months. I already feel as if I know more than most of the people at my gym. I wanted to thank you for making videos like these they help out a lot and teach me how to become the best I genetically can be. I hope to compete by the time I'm about 25 in natural competitions as they are gaining popularity over time. Thanks again!!

  • What's the most amount of muscle to gain in a month? I've heard that bodybuilders aim to gain 1 pound of muscle per month.

  • is it possible to lose muscle when your are trying to lose fat, I don't believe in that but a lot of people say that, is it true?

  • @sports5991 /watch?v=aUXNECRl_pg

  • Just a few sincere questions for you Tuan, what do you mean when you use the words "drug free"? For example, are you using supplements or are you just using a really good diet...or both? Are you pertaining to steroids or any type of supplement? I'm just curious what you mean by "drug free" and what is your average height and weight? Thanks!

  • Finally... someone who handles raw meat with gloves like I do lol. I cringe when I see other people handle raw meat and touch everything else in the kitchen without washing first.

  • 1lbs/month means 12lbs/year and 120lbs/10years?

I have worked out 2.5 years now (on and off, total 1.5 years of training), only gained 7lbs (body fat stay 8%). I guess I'm the unlucky one.

  • @cutevil I wish muscle gains are linear and consistent :P. I remember adding 50 lbs to my deadlift in 2 months, but now I'd be damn happy to just have 10 lbs in 2 months this time around.

  • @XizelSF what a joke!!

there's NO WAY you can add 50lbs of muscle in 2 months, maybe over your bodybuilding career

2 pounds of muscle a month is very extreme and typically for hardworking newbies

  • @dnlamanh "50 lbs to my DEADLIFT," not 50 lbs of muscle. Is it still a joke?

  • dude y do u have a mirror in the kitchen XD

  • i wish i was the meat on the left... i really need a way to lose all this fat!

  • Hmm i been watching this vid for the third time & yeah helps a lot in understanding more the physiology of the body thanks but what happens if i eat this kind of fat, is it like any other types of fat, or it'll like "go" between muscles instead of skin? Thx keep them going.

  • Thank you for the vid its a very sound illustration

  • I suppose this means no more quarter pounders with cheese :( lol

  • I just stick with tuna, egg whites, beans, skim milk and chicken for protein. Steak yuk.

  • post video about your meal plan

  • This is good info, my dude!!!!!

  • Unbelievable, just the other day i was trying to explain to my friend the difference between good weight and bad weight but couldnt get the message through, if only i d seen this sooner eh ! Also ur a tank.

  • great vid!

can you still put on muscle without eating a lot of calories? i know that u need calories to help maintain that muscle, but is it possible to build muscle when intaking some amount of calories

  • You should do a video on diets

  • Thanks for all of this great information!

  • great video!

  • Great information.

  • so what your saying is if you loose weight your muscles will look bigger?!?!...anyone can answer thanks

  • Very good video - thanks for posting it and thanks for the information.

  • dont mind me.. i'm just gonna share this on my Facebook page

  • its funny how body builders are intellectual only when it deals with body issues....ask them about stellar phenomenon or Astrophysics....or who the VP of the USA is and they prob will be like.... "O.o"

  • @johnkerry7 the average person is not going to know much about astrophysics.... apples and oranges.

  • You're the first person I've come across on youtube to make an educational video like this. I find it completely fascinating and I'm so glad I subscribed. It would definitely be awesome if you could make more videos like this. It's great stuff and you explain it very well.

  • sprinting is the best way to blast away the fat do you agree tuan?

  • Damn i wish im skinny type of guy who is trying to gain weight...

    this video is awsome..

but too bad im trying to gain more muscle but maintain my weight now...sheesh!

  • Excellent video! This is the best depiction I've seen of the difference between lean muscle and the same weight with fat included. Great job!

  • Nice vid Tuan!

  • Thanks very much for sharing! G'eve! =)

  • hey thanks man. unfortunately im the steak on the right :P but im gonna get lean in no time at all.

  • Hey Tuan, curious question, do you have a cutting diet? what do you eat like 5 weeks prior to a competition?

  • Very interesting perspective. I never thought about it like that. Thanks a lot, Tuan. Keep sharing the knowledge! I too am in Houston. Would love to get more tips from you one day. My BodySpace page is LegitimateLibra. Having been a subscriber to your YouTube channel for about two years two when I first started lifting. Keep in touch.

  • you rock man

  • After viewing your vids, I always feel like I just wanna go lift like a Hummer or some shit.

  • wow man this cleared things for me , i've always wondered about fat and muscle and this basically answered all my questions.

  • Good way to explain it Tuan. Nice visual aids lol...

  • @PsySwitch1983 GTFO TROLL

  • @PsySwitch1983

Don't listen to this person, he's just green with envy. He probably gets off by watching Tuan's videos.

  • @roughneckasian good answer, the best and most humble reaction ive seen and heard from someone for a long time. keep it real. peace be upon you.

  • @roughneckasian true comment .

  • @roughneckasian that was deep, but very true. god bless kid

  • @PsySwitch1983 Faggot.

  • great info

  • glad to come cook for you!! :)

  • I always look forward to your vids Tuan, great tips and always interesting!!

  • Great explanation. Now how about you follow that up with a flexing vid? :0)

  • Tuan, this is a really good presentation of what REAL lean muscle mass is and you show a demonstration with the meat comparison--never seen a demonstration like that. Thanks for driving the point home.

  • Great explanation! Thanks!

  • hey can you make a few quick videos showing the food you eat throughout the day? im no stranger to a bodybuilder diet but im curious to see your approach...

  • why are you eating human meat!??!?

  • im definitely the fat piece, gotta catch up on my cardio.

  • loved this vid bro ..

  • hey tuan do u eat com voi thit bo? cuz i don't see ur rice cooker

  • new camera?? a lot better quality

  • THANKS tuan!

  • Really great insight in visual explanation as to why you look like you weigh more when your body fat levels drop and your able to hold muscle mass. Keep it up Tuan and good luck in Aug. at the Cronus Bodybuilding competition.

  • Thanks for the vid. Very informative. But why do you have a mirror in a kitchen?

  • Nice and refreshing vid....keep it up m8

  • Nice. I like the analogy.

  • I am glad you are lean mean roughneck machine beast!

  • papito eres un Dios

  • true true

  • Incredible Insight I got from this video. Very very inspirational, Thanks Tuan.

  • great video. this is why i resort to using a mirror/pictures and/or monitor strength to gauge my progress, rather than relying on a scale (which can be very inaccurate anyway).

  • Thank you for doing this some people are just dumb sayin 20lb in 3 month all muscle k bro. kthxbye

  • Hey Tuan, great video!

Quick question though, after a 3 month bulk I want to go on a 3 month cut to reduce the fat I gained and more so I have a great ripped look for the beach but how much muscle should I expect to lose during this period ( 500 calorie deficit with 25 minutes of cardio 5 days a week).

Also, how much size should I expect to lose? ( 16.5 inch arms down to 15.5 inches at the end) I'm 6'2, 173 pounds at 14% BF.

  • Great video Tuan... Can you make a video about mistakes that you made as a beginner as far as diet or bulking and cutting or even mistakes that you see some pros making?.... Thanks

  • @marmelo110 yeah that would be a good one tuan!

  • Tuan, you gave a very good illustration using these different grades of beef. You explained it well. By the way, if you were either piece of meat, you would be the piece of meat on the left for sure!

  • awesome video !!

  • 2:52 And that's why I use supplements

  • Refreshing to see someone on youtube cutting through the crap and just putting out the truth. Thanks Tuan :)

  • nice one Tuan

  • You are right on man, and thanks for that visual illustration you used to get your point across, very intelligent.

  • I like the variety you have been having in your videos.

  • Thanks Tuan, thats good info!

    Keep it up!

  • really cool video bro

  • Thanks for the info.
