The Democrats are desperate for votes. They want to give amnesty to illegal aliens and restore voting rights to convicted felons. What's next, allowing Canadians to vote in the USA?
No offense to Canadians but their political leaders (aside from PM Stephen Harper who is a good friend of Israel) still think Stalin was Santa Claus.
