Ok I downloaded the XSC on my eee pc downstairs and it works fine which is on windows xp SP 3, still dose not work on my computer upstairs which runs on windows xp SP 2

I downloaded the xfire status changer and extracted all files but when I ran the program it said "The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." What should I do to fix this problem?
