  • @bidbeat yea that didn't sound anything like a cheap commercial...lol

  • I found this auction and it has the best prices on the internet

    bidbeat.com

  • How is this legal? Always been illegal here in the States as far as I know. ????

  • This two didn't do their homework! Always position yourself so you know who you're bidding against. The whole point of buying at auction is to save money not throw it away. Of course bidding against the person you're buying with........hmmmm

  • wow, I didn't know that that the auctioneer is allowed to do that. lol

  • Wow those bids looks funny.

  • IDIOTS. ive seen this at auctions, people are too excited to be there so they bid ridiculous amounts, even MORE than to buy brand new

  • Many auctions use shills to bid up an item, this guy uses an invisible man. Been going on ten thousand years.

  • Don't sneeze while peeing it hurts

  • We call those bids Phantom bids...

  • Their Blondes, Let Them Be ;D

  • google dynacorp auctions and register

  • hahahah

  • lol

  • Legal, maybe - ethical, no way.

  • stupid bit ches

  • lol

  • stereotype 'Blond' smartness

  • This is how you get scammed at an auction legal yes. despicable yes always make sure you can see your opponent bidding but still he or she could be a plant.

  • not only are they blonde, theyre fat too

  • lol

  • they were bidding against themselves? morons!

  • aution hunters got bitch slapped by these to shiners!!!!!!!

  • LOL

  • ive been to over 30 auctions and im 12 im better than dez blondes

  • those girls are still alive ? they are kinda stupid to know how to open a can of soup

  • what were they doing exactly?

  • @SNESosT They stopped the house from being withdrawn which would have been able to buy the house for much lower and the object of the show I believe is to purchase a house, remodel it and probably resell it. Could be wrong I haven't really seen much of this one at all.

  • @SNESosT Then they started bidding against each other for some reason, after which the auctioneer realized how dumb they were and pretended to be getting bids from someone else in the room until they got to a price that was high enough to not have to withdraw the lot and sell at a lower price afterwards.

  • I need idiots like that at our auctions!

  • Who told them to leave the kitchen?!

  • The REAL dummies are the ones who believe this crap. It's staged for the purpose of sensationalism!! Reality shows are NOT reality.

  • @pitolove71 yea this is wild but the comment of taking bids off the wall interests me--might be staged

  • @JT422B Taking bids of the wall is very common practice at property auctions and perfectly legal up to the reserve price which has been set prior to auction (but is not published), just as Gary says in the video.

  • Earnings for all who have the brains.

Signin the online auction goldmine.comyr.com (registration is free) and start earning.

The essence of this auction is that - the amount of money accumulated by all participants in the auction and then distributed among the winners in proportion to the investment. Profit 80% -90% over a couple of minutes of participation on investment is a dream:)

    Good luck in your earnings:)

  • 1 word =

    WOMEN

  • is this real? i think i lost some iq watching this

  • Their faces will haunt my dreams for eternity.

  • BidsWOW.com has 3 winners per auction and everything sells around 8% of the Retail Price.

  • BidsWOW.com has 3 winners and it's the #1 Auction. You can also post your own.

  • Char crash?

  • @dport1976 Stupid Britts what do u expect

  • wish i get some bidders like that to my site bidxyz.com i would rack in the money

  • whats wrong with bidding to meet the reserve ?

Its not wrong or illegal, as long as they don't fake-bid at or beyond the reserve price. what does it matter, it can not sell if it doesn't meet the minimum anyway

  • @bl4h1 you make an offer after the auction and get it cheap

  • is it not against the law for the auctioneer to do that?

  • those girls got owned.

  • dumb blonde

  • in Indiana USA this is known as pick bidding and is illegal. A auctioneer could lose his licence.

  • BidsWOW.com has three winners per auction. an iPad is under $40 bucks.

  • I watched this program on tv years ago. they had a womans team and a mens team and the idea was make as much money in property as posible in a year. The blokes got £153,000 profit the grils £-18,000 LOSS!!!! LOL

  • I so love to see this! Auctioneers that mislead the public through old unscrupulous laws need to think about their ethics... or lack of them.

  • Flash Player is now working on the iPhone and iPad. I downloaded it from BidsWOW.com

  • That is shocking, although I thought the presenter would have been sensible to go over and tell them they were being muppets!

We've got some useful bidding strategies at quick2bid(.)com

    Enjoy!

  • Dumb asses

  • That was fun! I enjoyed that :)

  • Haha, that's so funny. I got an iPad at bidsWOW.com for $39.07 so I looked up other auction sites and came across this video :)

  • women at auctions should only buy the refreshments and leave the serious spending to the geezer. what a pair of plonkers !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • poor girls i guess they've never even watched a property show before :(

  • @ildsc

  • Anyone anyone once twice sold to the women with a pink ponny

  • What a bunch of morons

  • hey...look up buy my flat 99k

  • Here's me at a auction. I am the auctioneer. "Sold to the fag in the sombrero!"

  • @robotpanda77 lol

  • lol cool

  • love it.......

  • does anyone know the tune name with pianos at the very beginning of the clip?

  • I met one of these girls after the programme was made but before it was broadcast. She was launching a property career (eg working as a viewer, for Venmores). Clueless.

I also looked at buying this property as an investment and had a max price of about 90k (accounting for the severe structural issues - underpinning etc).

The girls also went overboard on the redevelopment and built an extension. They sold it for 20k loss and the buyer sold it exactly 2 months later for 20k more than he paid.

  • So funny! They don't have a clue what's going on! More money than brains...

  • Comment removed

  • ha ha ha silly fat cows!!!

  • haha this is pretty good actually i also like auctions online.... you all might like this one.. tripleclicks. com/cheo3031

  • I remember this it was so funny. "Financial suicide"

If anyones into auction properties you should have a look at our channel we constantly view auction properties and post them on our channel.

    Some very intresting viewing sessions.

  • What a shit bid caller

  • Think I would have quite fun at an overseas auction!

  • They shudda let it get withdrawn, found out the reserve and neogiated a more realistic price and if that couldnt be done, MOVED ON, cus it is supposed to be an investment at the end of the day.

  • haha! i remember watching this on TV. believe it or not dan and dan were the worst I have ever seen ... it cant be legal for these people to be breathing surely?!?!

  • Haha these girls are so dumb

  • @oyemijo so...how do you actually bet in an auction ?

  • TARD lmao why doesnt she just hold her hand up and let the bids bounce off her stupid cunt

  • haha fuckin idiots.

  • Only 2 blonde bimbo's would against each other.

  • @sortofsilver

You insult them but can't realize the word "bimbos" is plural, not possessive, so drop the apostrophe. Way to go.

  • LOLZ

  • Who said blondes were dizzy?

  • Hi Gary! great to see you on YouTube.. Keep in touch, Brenda

  • The only way you'd get me to an acution is if Gary McCausland were up for bid. Forget the houses and items give me Gary baby!

  • who is gary whas his face?

  • Hey's the guy talking on the video...the host of the show...the guy in the gray jacket and pink shirt. That's Gary. He also has a show called Property Developing Abroad.

  • Painful to watch. In todays market increasingly large numbers of property are not making the reserve at auctions.

  • It is the auctioneer's job, to bid the reserve. It is the bidders job to understand teh conditions of the auction. In juristictions where the auctioneer is precluded by law from bidding to the reserve for the seller. I those cases I have often asked bidders to raise their own bid until they are done bidding or the reserve is met. this is just a guy making something out of nothing. But if he didn't do that, who would watch the show???

  • Auctions are back in business at present and you won't have to look far for a bargain at the moment. With the right finance provider profitable property investments are within the reach of most people. The credit crisis has increased the number of forced sales and therefore the opportunities massively.

  • Who the hell is thumbs downing everyone? Lame, get a life. Watch this comment will be thumbs downed.

  • please put up the next piece, I want to see the look on their faces when he tells them what happened. : (

  • The commentator doesn't know what he's talking about. Even if the ladies are the only bidder they may have done there homework and know that the property is worth much more. Another sensationalist looking to make a story out of nothing.

  • They could have got the bloody property for thousands of pounds less but still kept on bidding when the auctioneer was trying to close ! Were you watching the same video as everyone else was robert ?

  • Were YOU watching the same video? The auctioneer said that it did NOT meet the reserve and it was going to be "Passed", which means it was NOT going to be sold unless it met the minimum reserve price.

  • Actually, Robert DOES know what he's talking about. The commentator doesn't have a clue. He thinks he might be able to negotiate after the auction & get a steal. Most auctions will not bargain below the reserve price. If there is only a single bidder, then the auctioneer will bid on behalf of the reserve minimum price until it is met or the property will be "passed". As the commentator said "this is legal" and should be expected by buyers at any auction, as long as it is disclosed.

  • I have watched this show and can tell you that the presenter does have a clue. The two ladies were going together on this purchase and started bidding against each other! Did you not notice that ?

  • Yes, but they weren't necessarily bidding against each other, as one or the other made a decision to increase their bid to keep the bidding open, as it had not met the reserve. The commentator is a bottom-dweller hoping to get a steal on a property (after the auction) that is already well below market value.

  • Oh get a grip please ... why don't you watch the clip again and try to understand what is going on. I don't think you do.

  • You are the one that need to understand what is going on. I certainly do understand, as I have been an auctioneer for years. This is the problem... people like you think they know about auctions, yet don't have a clue as to what is allow by law and who the auctioneer is bound to represent. It is NOT about the buyer getting a STEAL!

  • good for you tx ... I'm done discussing this with you as you just don't get this. Good night !

  • Yeah... You're right. I'm a licensed auctioneer for over 10 years and I'm the one that "don't get this." Believe what you want to believe and live in denial or learn the laws and what auctions are about. 1.)If disclosed, the auctioneer may bid on behalf of a reserve. This is NOT shilling. Shilling is if it is not disclosed or running the bid when there is no reserve. That's the difference. Search "weblog auction law" and "U.C.C." for the law.

  • Yes that is exactly what the presenter is talking about when he said "financial suicide"

  • ha they lost 35000 quid on the property when they resold it.

  • I just watched the video response... these 2 Liverpudlian girls on it about 3/4 way through.

The property had structural issues !

Square-chin: I'll be you 20 pounds you'll lose money on this property..

Liverpool girl: I'll bet you thousand we don't

They settle on a £100 bet.

  • Dumb blondes for ya.

  • these shill auctions are going on right now in the United States too, the public has no idea they are over paying at these auctions.

  • If there is a "reserved minimum" and the terms & conditions disclose that the auctioneer will be on behalf of the reserve, then it is NOT "shilling". The public has no idea what a "shill" really is, except from those that don't know what they're talking about... such as this poster above.

  • dumb and dumber

  • Gosh, how dreadfully embarrassing, considering the thousands of people who've seen this.

    "financial suicide!" LoL.

  • anyone this stupid deserves to lose the money ! UNreal !
