IIRC, lighter spring reduce felt recoil, but I could be wrong. I'm really surprised that 9x18 hasn't caught on in the states. You can put it in .380 frames with damn near 9mm performance.

By the way, the back ground conversation was pretty entertaining.

@MegaGevehr That makes since. I just wanted an excuse to play around with the recoil springs :) Those guys in the back ground did more talking than shooting. :) They came over and shot my AK, Glock, Colt 1911 and this P64 :) Good to hear from you!

how much were the aftermarket springs?

@GunWebsites They were $8 each but they come with the firing pin spring in the package. I ordered them from J&G :)
