this is training taking place in California in the Mohave Desert. It is Canadians training with the Americans a couple weeks before going to Iraq.

@darceew Canadian regular army wasn't deployed to Iraq... only Special Forces and contingents of the Navy. They were probably on their pre-deployment training for Afghanistan.

At least the Canadian government replaced this vehicle after seeing how useless it was in combat in Afghanistan. Unlike some other country that doesn't learn...

Canada never owned a G-wagon during Desert Storm. Canada has not been involved in the current Iraq war.

The G-wagon is a piece o junk....it doesnt take much for an IED to cut that thing down to scrap metal.

No. They could be in Afghanistan or Texas...

@Canadian441 yes Canada has sent some personel from what i know to Iraq to train police and the Iraqi forces

@walkertexasranger33 CivPol and Special Operations forces were the only ground troops sent to Iraq other than some high ranking officers and his CP teams.
