i found a page that spoke of the governments interest in controlling this free flowing plama..this has been in play for at least 50years may be longer......lots of science documents regarding the plasma ...from haarps own home page it shows what it is targeting ..applications of aerosols control weather and allow the interpretation of the weather...the low frequencies..at a continued pressure...in conjunction with cell towers..have far greater power than we might expect..

Yes, that is a way to put it. But not with haarp because that doesn't have enough energy at all.

It can only effect the ionosphere, where it is cold enough.

The "weathermanipulation" is being done in the whole atmosphere using IONISING radiation, which means using -much- higher frequencies. That is -really- in the Eastlund patents.

We can see the "chemtrails" being used for that purpose every day.

The main goal is not to manipulate the weather, that is just a side effect.

Or you could just spray a barium/aluminum chemtrail, use the photoelectric effect to ionize the barium and the conductive properties of dielectric aluminum oxide in an electric field like has been reported for the last decade of this research. At this point in time our air is basically plasma, so you don't need windmills or powerlines for shag all. All you need is some moisture in the air.

N3, Fantastic! I need silence too, to think. This is right up there with the great awakening's " weather, how they do it video." This explains how the day starts of bright blue and sunny, can turn on a dime into a horrific tornado spawning monster...even in Hartford, CT where we dont' have the energy, heat, etc. in the history of the state to even create such a thing...remember the Springfield, MA tornado a month ago?
