Dude...in actuality, who are the people that are ACTUALLY banning the modders and cheaters?
Any boss is going to represent the company the way the company WANTS to be represented...they are obligated to because of their position. Moderators are not obligated to this like their bosses are. Why go through the trouble of ACTUALLY banning a kid on xbl...who's gonna know if they didn't?!
If he hacked anything he would lose his rights to play on line... trust my buddy did a software hack and MOD chip so he can play copied games... He's banned from XBOX Live. So if he hacked he hacked... as for early games being sold, all i know is if XBox Live reads that your online playing a game not yet released they'll catch you and prosecute, banned from live or whatever they do regarding that. And they will wanna know store you got it from which puts store at risk. It's happened here
@Dave1983BD You obviously know microsoft does nothing on Live to curtail cheaters and hacks. They are the worst company Ive ever seen for allowing their player base to cheat and hack.

I bet the hundreds of thousands of gamers that have been banned from XBL for game saving / using hexxed saves or moddied consoles would disagree with you... as would the thousands of Red Dead Redemption gamers who were recently were given the choice to delete their hacked saves or risk being banned from being able to play public freeroam....
@TheEGBot hundreds of thousands??? Overestimate much??? REally XBOX doesnt mod their community, I have friends that actually work for Microsoft and it takes a big cheat to actaully get barred/banned. Reason behind this is because barred/banned players cant buy DLC. If people are not buying DLC then Microsoft doesnt make money, its really sad that Money is the reason why we can not have honest cheat free gaming on XBOX Live
