This guy was a "part" of providing material and resources to 911 that killed our families, try telling all other familiy members who've lost a loved one that this guy should be disregarded j/b he's a driver. He should've been found guilty of as an accomplice to murder! -USA

look man, i''m no bin laden lover but we didn't even prosecute hitler's driver, let alone convict him. hamdan has repented from Al Queda and has served time long enough. i mean, come on, convicted rapists serve less time (around 5.4 years) and even they aren't tortured by authorities.

The material he provided was himself, and the services he provided was his ability as a driver and bodyguard...that's it. So let's say someone was hired to clean Bin Laden's cave. They would have provided material and services...so by your standards should be tried as an accomplice for murder as well. A driver/bodyguard is NOT a terrorist. This trial was a waste of time and money that could have been spent on getting the REAL perpetrators of 9-11, and seems to me more like a sad political stunt.
