My sis told me 21 days and i am ( for the 1st time i didnot say trying to..lol) breaking off my addiction to chocolate and sugar....I am on the 6th day and my moods have improved so much and I am now addicted to salmon and vegetables and exercise ...fingers crossed....I already feel powerful doing this.

There is a great book I read years ago that I re-read now and again called As a man thinketh by James allen, it was written way back in 1901 originally called from Poverty to Power and published again in 1902 'As a man thinketh, taken from Proverbs 23:7 As a man thinketh in his heart so is he. Good read written by a man who lived the life.

there are days when you would think no i cant ... i just cant i know what i need to do but i cant.
that day is a day when u need time for you
switch evey thing off and take time to spend time with you
other days... get on your A game, believe in you, sort you sh** out, get what you want done on that day. end of that day smile and sleep peacefully.

This book sounds like it would be a great gift for some younger (some older) females I know. The holidays are coming so I may do this.
I wish they had these videos as I was growing. I had to learn the hard way. Trial and error were my teachers. :)

Well its obviously you have master it lol... you are intuitive with your energy. i'm curious to know your upbringing you are a rare breed unfortunately. i know i projected sister, but sometimes inductive reasoning comes from.... well experience. Very good advice and great pearls of wisdom. So a man (woman) thinketh, he (she) is. Out of the mouth, the heart speaks. Speak Life!!!! Even if you don't believe it. It you say it enough it will get down in your spirit and so shall it be. (your hair is sharp!)

Always good to receive motivational messages to pep us through the day and help us focus on our dreams and bring them to fruition. There is a great book I read years ago that I re-read now and again called As a man thinketh by James allen, it was written way back in 1901 originally called from Poverty to Power and published again in 1902 'As a man thinketh, taken from Proverbs 23:7 As a man thinketh in his heart so is he. Good read written by a man who lived the life.

I feel what you are sayin when you said say positive things if you want positive things to come to you! In the bible it talk about how powerful the tongue is and how things can be spoken into existence! And its so crazy because Like 15 min ago I said "money flow in my life easily" and then like 7 min ago I jus got a phone call from an employer and I have an interview set for friday!....Glory to God and thank you for reminding me that Whateva we speak can and will come to existence!

I love it... I have a vision board in storage, I made it for a class but i made it as just a collage work of art.. But it always seemed to motivate... I'm gonna dust it off. I always love your message! you speak truth and help rejuvenate myself to being a higher me! Thank You for so eloquently putting this!
