I knew Jeep Swenson... and he pretty much had the most muscular arms of anybody on the planet... 24" arms when he was pretty close to 400 lbs of muscle.

I've never seen bigger arms than Jeeps... at least not muscular... fat and synthol don't make for "big" biceps and shouldn't qualify as a world record.

There's a video on youtube of Ronnie weighing 315 and getting his arms taped. They were slightly over 21" cold so there is NO WAY his arms taped 23.5" cold (or pumped) in contest shape. Believe it or not Lee Priest has a larger arm than Coleman. Barring synthol and fat there are very few that even come close to Jeep in his prime. Two of those would be Phil Makdisi and Grant Pitts.
