@Ghostrider91111 sorry but that instantly makes your argument moot, as this is battletech, not warhammer, so translation issues prevent this declaration of conquest from being seen let alone relevant. and even if your claim was true, that depends on the situation, a good team of capable pilots could take out entire dropships, so what is one titan class warlord.

@KenshiImmortalWolf A Warlord Class Titan could acually take over an entire planet covered with billions of soldiers. Just need a hellfire bolter and plasma cannon for arms, plus shoulder and tertiary guns.

@KenshiImmortalWolf I've read most of the books with Titans and the only way to get into a Titan is if you are a princeps and his/her crew or it is severly damaged from a battle with other Titans or Fleets in orbit.

@Ghostrider91111 It doesn't sound efficent either. BattleTech has a has it's main missle paltforms: Catapult, yeoman, and longbow. Yeoman and longbow can hold many LRM-20's which are long range, powerful support missles that can destroy assualt mechs in one shot using a full strike. Don't under estimate missles, our missles today can take out destroyer ships like they are made of tin foil. Mechwarrior also has elemental suits which can graple your titan class warlord and kill the driver.

@lazerusreborn do note that this was made over 2 years ago when i was alot less intelegent and 2, your opinion on the mechs is your opinion but if your going to say all these mechs are shit and not give an example of a mech you think is good then you're just being dumber then i was when i made this video

@KenshiImmortalWolf They are indeed shit though. Look at any Ac in exsistance. Hell look at real exoskelton and it trumps these and the way you read far too much into them on specualtion. Just hits a nerve.

And it you want a prime example look at white glint, i am biased to it since my current project revoles around development of a Cg fight sequence with it. But hay what the hell do i know, i just design them.

@lazerusreborn Now you're comparing Armored Core to Mechwarrior. They are different fictional universes with different technologies and rules. Comparing these mechs in their own universe, this list is well rounded and covers the best mechs for a variety of roles.

@truenotreligion Well battle tech has a table top and card format, there is the actual mechwarrior game series (there is a new mechwarrior game, rebooting the entire franchise due soon and the graphics and gameplay are "very realistic" though in all honesty the graphics will blow your mind in the trailer, there is also mech commander i recommend it if your more strategy based, and mech assault... naw not my style.

@KenshiImmortalWolf yes the reboot, unfortunately not this year, they are still searching for a publishers, i want to find a game similar to mechwarriors "realistic" not like AC example, tanx for the answer u got the finger up, on the video and ur comment but i just have the feeling i will hate to wait for MWreboot, i have a ps3 i play call of duty modern warfare 2, i got tired of it too much lag too much hacks is not a fair game

@underbull this is about personal favorites, not schematics, besides im not redoing this list any time soon besides finding out loadout and top speed would probably bore non battletech fans while battletechfans probably already know it

Ok i understand. My favorite would have to be the Timber Wolf/Mad Cat. My brother's was the Summoner/Thor. I always wanted the game creators to make a game where you could be in the battle armor like the Elemental or Gnome armor. I do know that a new MW remake is being made based upon the original battletech game, should be sweet.

@underbull do check part three, and mech 4 mercs has a massive mektek expansion that allows you to use some armors and the new mechwarrior takes place in 3015 a good 35 years before the clans showed up

I stopped playing MW4M. After playing MW2M I had to compare and I found MW4M lacking so I stopped.

@underbull well mektek group was allowed atlest untill the next game was announced to make a large patch that adds dozens of mechs, i would say that the game now has nearly 100 if nto more battlemechs when you download MP3.02b

it wasnt just the number of battlemechs available. I just found MW4M didn't have the "mercenary feel" that MW2M had. I assume you own and played MW2M. The way the game was setup was in my opinion far better than MW4M. Now the graphics are far better in MW4M but there are elements in MW2M that shouldn't have been removed, i mean u had missions where you fought in outer space! I just find MW2M more in line with the battletech universe than MW4M. I hope I made sense.

@underbull well if i could play MW2M again on this machine (it being to new for that unfortinatly so i never got very far before i got this) then i probably would understand this alot easier but now that you put this out i do realize what you mean there is fairly much no alteration to anything you follow one of 2 stories one way or another

It's a nice list... but maybe we could get more than just 1 'mech picture per several minutes? It seems you could have actually fit this entire list into one 10 second movie rather than stretch it out into nearly a half an hour.
