i put a 19T fireball modified on mine a few years back and the stock ESC only occasionally overheats. Cool thing about that is that you get enough power to gear it up for speed, and it can still wheelies and pull through mud. Get a nice battery/charger also, at least 5400 for nice long energetic run times. After all that THEN the wheelie king is a beast. I'll post a response vids sometime, just took it out after it sat for 2+ years. Nice truck JDeezie82.

I love solid axle trucks, if only there was some way to stop the chassis twist. This is the only reason why I prefer trucks with independent suspension.

Did the stock esc still work with that motor... the 21 turn? I wana upgrade the 27t for a 20 turn but another guy said he didnt know if the stock esc could handle it.

Yep. Everything is still stock. You should be good to drop in a 20t motor but I wouldn't go any lower without changing the esc. I think it says in the manual for the truck that the lowest turn it could handle was a 20t.

its cause the trans gears are plastic, if u get metal gears u can put whatever in

Yeah it's stock. Only thing I've done is swap the motor for a 21 turn, but that was after all the vids I've made so far.

Hey man, i've done the same thing.

I can see whenever you go forward the front wheel lifts up?

I flipped the chassis around so the battery is at the front. No more annoying backflips :D

Just google a guide. You don't need to buy any parts and you can reverse it completely if you want.
