I went to see these guys in 87 in Glasgow. The stage was too small for Rei's keyboards so they cancelled. But the manager of the club they were playing at waited until everyone was in and had bought a few drinks to tell us that the gig was off. Money grabbing b******d. I was sorely disappointed.

I can't believe that this was recorded - it was the first gig I ever attended! I seen Vow Wow on "The Tube" and so went along to the Mayfair gig - what a gig! I'd love to see the full concert again - any chance of releasing the full version? If I remember correctly it was pouring down with rain outside and the steam started to rise from the crowd once Vow Wow came on. The Mayfair was underground and it was the best sweaty pit I've ever been in! Thank you Vow Wow!

Yazawa is not a great singer in Japan. He is pop singer. Some of the best singers are Mickey Curtis, Takashi Nagai, Jimmie Tokita, Kimiko Kasai, Sho Amano, Kazuko Matsuo, Yuzo Kayama, Ranko Fujisawa, among many more. Genki has a nice sounding voice, but is not technically a great singer. But his sound is exciting.
