Um... Art I is the legislative branch. Art. II is the executive. This is Constitution 101. How'd this guy pass the bar? But he is right, Art I does explain the job of the VP. Art II carries zero responsibilities for the VP. They're all listed in Art. I.

Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland are all socialist countries and one of them, I think it was Sweden, has the highest standard of living in the world and all of them are on the top 8 for standard of living.
