The trend to go down a back size or two or up cup sizes is not healthy so I wish women would stop kidding themselves they are a 30E when in fact they are a 34C.

Also under wired bras to be avoided as much as possible and only to be worn with a low cut top. Sports bras is better if you need lots of support because of large size or sagginess.

Bras restrict the flow of the lymph nodes. If you value your health, don't wear one when you don't have to!
