I worked for a man with the same condition. He was a community leader and helped our county to intergrate. Worcester County, MD was practically the very last to end segregation. Oliver Williams is still missed because so much corruption with the state and town workers. They tried to scam Federal agencies out of homeland security funds by officers reporting fake threats.
I know this girl will be an humane and important adult as this fellow was.

Like liver cancer, acute pancreatis, and other terminal diseases and if you really care and read the news you will realize that there are ppl in this world living in a worst situations and they are sufffering. Yes, they would. Most everyone has certain amounts of pigment. Vitiligo is losing in patches the pigment you are born with.
