For a fact this is false as to get a wildcard you need to be a master romancer for the pinata (hearts flash), then you need to get EVERY heart and then make it to the second pinata. For twins you need to do this is a fast enough time which varies for each pinata.

ok the actualy card u have is called a vision card u need the xbox camera........then u scan it and the thing on it will appear in the garden the wildcard is a rare kind of pinata

yeah to get a wildcard just do the romance sucessfuly 7 times......dont sell anything then the 8th one will either be twins or a wildcard
