I bet he recorded the video (no sound or later taken out, and recorded at a slower speed), recorded the sound on which ever octave/fret you prefer it should have been on to be playing it slower, added them together and sped the whole thing up. Viola. I'm only stating that the video looks sped up because of the jerky movements.
