  • Hey there! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin burned plenty of weight.

  • When i started i did just leg extensions and gained muscle in my legs lol. I started lifting about a third of the weight stack. After 3-4 months i was lifting the whole weight stack. Shoulda still done squats though.

  • I don't really believe that you can ''shape'' the muscle, muscle either grows, stays the same or gets smaller. The only way I can understand ''shaping'' is if you do, let's say leg extensions which puts the most stress on vastus medialis, which then grows more compared to the other muscle in your quads and thus ''the quad is being shaped'' due to one muscle getting bigger than the others. Plus I think everyone should do some strength training aswell, like for squats: warm-up, 2x5, 3x12.

  • I know you guys say how many reps and stuff to do, but I weigh 130 and about 5 11, what should be a good starting weight for each of the beginner exercises you just mentioned? What do you recommend, is it a weight we know we can do 10-12 reps, or something that gives us a little challenge?

  • @2fjh2 Start with the bar on all your lifts and work your way up

  • @2fjh2 yeah you want to stick with a weight that will get you 8 to 12 reps when you first start out because that iwll help you develop your muscles so you can start lifting heavy weight.   • isolation movements do more good for your cardio than putting on any muscle

  • I wish someone told all this when i started. 1st 4 months i was doing everything in that gym 5 days a week. Now just 4 days all compound and a little ISO, I GET ALL KINDS OF GAINS.

  • Can you do a video on chest; I know it's all one big muscle and you can't really "isolate" it per se, but at the mo, my outer chest (upper and lower) is a lot more muscular than the skinny inside - the sternum area is like bony as fuck and it looks and feels funny

    Any tips in how to get muscle there? Or do I just keep lifting heavy ass weights and wait for the muscle to fill in? Thanks

  • Anything with freeweights builds muscle..and builds muscle fast. Freeweights are the way to go if you're experienced and looking to get to the next level.

    *Legs and back or you can do Legs and Abs

    Although i recommend doing abs 2-3 times a week.

  • @MrTechtime0101 it's really depends if u looking to build muscle mass, rest any where in between 90 sec to 3 min, if u going for total body workouts and ur goal is to burn fat then rest no more than 30-45 sec max.

  • @xruin7 i pretty much have the same problem, im 17 but around the same height and weight. i didnt see much change in my weight for a couple years. ive managed to start putting on more weight now though by just eating a whole lot more.

  • No such thing as "shaping a muscle" and no such thing as spot reduction. There really is no reason to go lite on any exercise unless you like to waste some fuckin time. A muscle gets bigger, stays the same size, or gets smaller and that's fucknin it.

  • Nobody should ever neglect compound movements, but for detail, isolation movements are needed especially if preparing for a competition.....Some people also do the same routine all the time, you'll hit a bastard plateu like i did, so chop and change after a while.
