If I had power in Afghanistan, I would have paid close attention to a few elaborate up to date universities equiped with libraries that connects to the rest of the world universities for research purposes. Then a few up to date hospitals staffed with very educated doctors and kind nurses to serve the people. Thereafter, I would built water ways to connect all form lands to have access to water. Can you imagine an Afghanistan with the above plans? wow. Inshallah.

Wow now they wear peron tumban and chadors to uni...when i was a student there in 1970's, we wore suits, short skirts and modern dress!
