hi looks like a lot of work but you may have problems have you read kamps and kurts books,you are better dumping the radial turbine wheel as they are too heavy and shaft is too long and will whip.if you use a axial turbine the shaft is easier to position as you can get clearance 0.15mm on compressor wheel.can,t understand why you cut diff blades back ,they need to be 0.15mm higher than tip height of comp wheel,why large step up in height near outer edge
