You realize supply and demand doesn't work that way right? If the supply becomes greater then the demand production will stop, and a prices may drop slightly, however, ford needs to bring in a profit, so the overall cost of a vehicle wont go below the price it costs ford to make the vehicle. If things worked the way you thought they did, companies would be going bankrupt before they open.

oh and you know how much it costs to make a Ford GT? they could build these for $20-35 thousand an sell them at 40-50 thousand for profit which sure is cheaper than 100,000-200,000 dollars (United States standard)so if you think about it you are WRONG!

Actually the engine alone in the car costs more then your suspected build price, plus ford has to pay for assembly and labor since these vehicles aren't n a production line.

Hmm kind of. But if demand drops radically a company may HAVE to sell at a loss. Inventory carrying cost, product ageing and cash flow constraints may force this. Also never forget that something is only worth what people are willing to pay! and by the way...MOST companies DO go bankrupt or are wound up due to lack of viability. Most new businesses fail within 5 years. Being consistently profitable isn't easy.

my dad has a ford gt and ill asure the only thing wrong with it is fuel economy but if not personaly (ive driven the gt in many occasions) its the best sportscars u can get not in performance but it just is amazingggg

I love that car so much. I would honestly drive all the way from South Carolina just for that event. I can remeber the first time I ever saw one (local dealership) I just walked around it for half an hour. Sad to see the production run come to an end.
