@pickupwomen It works with any milk. I think he's using regular cow's milk though. Cow's milk foams the easiest.

I just came back from Shaolin training in Jamaica and was offered Matcha ALL the time.

The cappuccino you just made could fetch $8-$12 at "high-end" tea shops easily! Thank you for sharing this, I can continue my Matcha-ways ;).

In case you use Matcha mixture, you don't need. In other case and for any purpose, you should always sift Matcha just before you start using it.

It's around 12 euros/ 200g in retail price, and there are several packages for professionals such as 1kg and 5kg.
