If there's anybody need this ULTRARARE ISAO TOMITA music on CD, I have it. Truly impossibile to find. I just seen it once and immediately bought it. I have many of his other top rare releases also! All is impossibile to find due to the Japanese only printing.

The great TOMITA, the original Japanese film was called Catastrophe1999, The prophesies of Nostradamus and the American's did a remake calling it,THE LAST DAYS OF PLANET EARTH.

A poor remake I understand.

Tomita's Electronic Sounds blend well with the conventional orchestra. Thanks mate.

Yeah,i remember when it first came out and was very shocked to find Marty Hopkirk had been killed off in the first episode.I think the Director was also involved in The Italian Job,will check Wikipedia to find out.

Troy Kennedy Martin wrote the screenplay of The Italian Job(both versions) and was a writer on Randall & Hopkirk.His brother Ian Kennedy Martin was the creator of The Sweeney tv series and is in talks with Ray Winstone to play Regan in a 2009 remake.

I got all the info from uk dot imdb dot com Mike Pratt was the other guy,unfortunately he died of Lung Cancer aged 44 in 1976.Annette Andre was the female interest.
