This bill is a MUST. South Carolina needs it! Very recently I've been subjected to bullying/discrimination in the workplace at a department wiithin the University of South Carolina. I'm doing my best to manage this situation, and trying to remove myself so the culprit is kept out of my professional and private informaiton. The culprit appears to be a nice guy. When really, he is quite unethical.

i worked in a abusive hostile work invironment. my boss would harass me every week, grab me by the wrist, and push. the big boss would also harass me. this went on for 8 months. so i started taking notes, dates time. i have witnesses. i was forced to quit my job. after i quit, i called the big boss, he refused to listen. he i turned the company into the eeoc, they're investigating them. that job effected me mentally, now i'm taking zoloft and trazodone. i haven't sleeped well in months.

I would like to know when this overdue subject will be in effect. When is this bill being passed? Who are the politicians backing it? Employees everywhere are in need of this legislation, especially during a recession!
