@illdawg1234 It has been performed in concerts, but with a recording of the orchestra. THis is the only time the song was performed WITH an actual orchestra. As for recording, I don't think there is a studio recording.

This just made my day. I love it when you get the alternate angles so you can see what else is going on besides the band playing. Don't get me wrong, I love seeing James and Kirk, Jason, and Lars, but watching the conductor throwing up deuces during the song is AWESOME!!!

I would have love to been a fly on the wall when conductor Michael Kamen announced they were going to playing in concert together. Anyways though, I hate to break it too you but I am positive he was throwing up deuces to refer to a D.S. Coda, maybe a repeat, a tempo change, or for a 2nd section of the violins or wind instruments to join in.
