  • 9th is the best cause he actually improved jay z's flow with this beat, in my humble opinion

  • One of the best producers today IMO

  • this version is much better.

  • I agree with that. The club don't expect this, so it gets the crowd up. Niggas be singin this shit with the bottles in the air, weed in the air. Shit is serious. This is a DJ's secret weapon.

  • @ClipLover357 they play this song at clubs in ya area?

  • Stepped in fro my friend who was doin a party at this club, and the crowd loved it.

  • @ClipLover357 Totally agree, the real G's recognize when a tru song comes on and it gets everybody live

  • Both the black album version and this one is like R. Kelly's Step In The Name of Love. One version is good, but the second version is Sick.

  • hard hitting rhymes, dont really care whats on the canvas, anything woudl sound good behind this rhyme, im not a jay z fan but its tight rhymes no doubt.

  • man 9th is always good but sometimes he just slaughters shit

  • imagine twista on this beat!!!!!!

  • this beat is killed

  • wow this one is dope

  • dont know if i can make up my mind wich versions better

  • i wish i knew where 9th gets his inspiration at. hes a genius.

  • Its simple bro! From the oldies. Mostly 70's soul/funk/jazz artists like Willie Hutch, Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, Bob James etc. The real genius is those artists. (9th Wonder just takes those classics and adds his own touch. 9th wonders's genius comes from going out there and selecting those songs, many who, are forgotten/unknown by many of us(new generation).

  • if its so fucking simple why are you doin this?

  • I think you mean why aren't you do doing it. Retard. Its because I go to University and I dont have time for it. But that is why there are genius artist like 9th wonder, who have a much greater musical knowledge than me. Thats why I said he is a genius. How stupid are you man? I just answered Bagakoos comment on where he gets the inspiration. Its pretty simple since most of 9th wonder's sample come from old 70's tune. I hope you know that!

  • for the record 9th is a university professor :p lol

  • oh well he still the best hip hop instrumental producer (i think)

  • come to think about it, this a willie hutch sample. i can't remember the name of the track, but it came off of t "he mack" soundtrack.

  • mack's stroll/the getaway

  • i knew it was something like that. thank you for reminding me.

  • I like this alot its real hot. What sample did 9th use on this?

  • Mack's Stroll - Willie Hutch

  • i love 9th but this isnt as good as the original

  • yeah i know. its better!

  • i want the black is back cover as a hoody i think it would be cool

  • this version is cool but nothing is better than the original

  • Hotter than the origianl!
