@davidlee110 Well first you finish the education system, then you send a request for the papers needed to apply for the police force in question, then you fill out those and then them to the appropriate place.

Then you wait for reply, if you get rejected, you wait and apply again.

But if you are accepted, you go to the police academy, and when you are done there you will be a cop.
