it's not an actual song. It's just a beat with a simple Am F C G progression that you see in many mainstream RnB songs. For example they use a very similar beat in the song "I Just Had Sex." If you want the beat you would have to recreate it on FL studio or some other beatmaking software

Rondo does have really big hands which helps him in a number of ways but it also forces him to shoot the ball differently than most people, which is why he doesn't have much of an outside game.

@jonvegard31 thats rough. but "palming" doesnt really use your palm, its really all in the fingers, and how strong and long your fingers are. try using a grip strengthener, i did it and it helped a lot.

@TheTenaciousTim yeah, i know, but i get a wide reach. my old basketball coach had very tiny fingers, but he had like chicken hands, so he could bounce the ball and palm it on the way back up. but my grip is pretty strong, it's just the balls me and my friends play with that sucks :P

A pg like Mario Chalmers wouldn't have the same effect as you see he didn't for the Heat's big 3, who are all superstars and in their primes. they didn't win a championship because the other starting players not stepping up. just admit you don't know much about all this.

@55cashflow yes they do help NOW but back when they won the championship its was the BIG 3 and a bunch of 'nobodies' just a few of those 'nobodies' (Perkins, Rondo, Bif Baby) actually did something to forge an identity so next time you feel you actually understand something just stop because your probably just going to get hurt or make your self look stupid which you successfully have demonstrated
