Let's face facts . Odds are he's not going to take the time to go step by step on video to teach this . I haven't learned this either but that's due to being lazy . Anyone wanna hopefully back me up that it's possible to learn this by watching the video ? I could be way wrong also I admit but I do not think it's impossible to learn .

Nothing's impossible. Transcription is a hobby, but I don't often have time for it. Between the video and a Transkriber program I have that slows down the music I hope to have it transcribed in a couple of months.

John uses a Korg keyboard on the road but has others at home. He has three identical Korg keyboards with weighted keys that he prefers to the lightweight keys. That keyboard is heavy and the piano case just makes it even heavier. This is nothing as far as how fast he can play, Lily and the William Tell Overture both show his fingers flying across the keys. What do you expect from someone taught to play piano by Nuns? He plays even faster when drunk and still doesn't miss a note.

If you put the keyboard next to your computer monitor so that you can look back and forth between the keyboard and YouTube monitor you can learn what he is doing by using the STOP button and freezing the frames. Do this over and over and you can figure out what he is goind.

That is why I recorded this video , in the hopes we could learn by watching . I can't give a tutorial because that's not me playing , it's John Valby . If you search this video on google , you'll find other site you can download this from ( how this is possible is beyond me but oh well ) . and then just play it frame by frame if you have to .

I uploaded it from my camera to my computer and had it formatted into a .WMV file , then used movie maker ( which is on a lot of Win OS ) to edit each song into a clip .
