  • Kudos to you lady! Remember, that the stuff that your family still eats isn't necessarilly "good" food, it just tastes good to the palate that is accustomed to it. I know, been there. I am thrilled for your success. Congrats!

  • @Ghangzter Ofcourse.. Everybody does love to eat.. But for me, I only eat healthy foods.. Anyways, I suggest you check the diet site WeightLossAction.Info.. I learned a lot from there.. They have the best diet program. I myself tried it and completely satisfied with the result.. :)

  • I can't wait until i start tomorrow. I went to this band camp that had a fully loaded food court for two weeks. I'm talking Burger king, Wendy's, the works. I regret dumping my diet and taking full advantage of it because 2 and a half weeks later, i'm still feeling the effects. Hope i get flushed out and healthy.

  • I'm interested in the raw food diet. I think that I may concentrate on sprouts, because they are more easy to digest. I agree that your voice is very calming. Keep up the videos and keep going raw!

  • i truly believe a raw food diet is way to got cause when i made green smoothies and i had that every day i felt so much i had so much energy but lately i been back on the processed foods and my energy is down . i am starting to get back in slowly but surely least i am still walking . My goal is to go completely raw i will get eventually

  • @PastorErickDMarquez Praise God?! I've been on raw food diet for about a week and I'm always hungry! I was skinny enough before the diet, now I lost even more weight - skin and bones. It is really hard to keep on going and I'll only be turning 21 next week.

  • @Whinestee Eat more of the raw foods then, you shouldn't really be hungry on a raw food diet. Try looking at some more recipes that are filling or just increase the amount you are eating. If you don't have enough energy or are skinny to the point you are loosing muscle and not fat then you aren't eating enough.

  • Do you find the raw diet very expensive? You mention pecan burgers and other great foods you prepare. Organic raw nuts at my health food store are soooo costly, even in bulk. I'm raw for twenty days, but I emphasize mostly salads and smoothies because of cost.

  • good on you! I've been making my own fresh juice daily for a month now and i make it enough so i can drink it at least 3 times a day. I really notice my skin has improved dramatically and my energy levels are great! (a month a go I was still getting crazy break outs) My bf notice a difference with my skin and that got him hooked on drinking fresh juice too. I'm only following 70 percent of the raw food diet, but who knows maybe by the end of the year i can do 100 percent :)

  • I am glad to say that I am going to start this raw diet at 70% all raw a day and try to work up to. 90% a day and am starting tomorow I believe people don't realize how easy it is to lose weight you don't even need to excercise that much just eat healthy

    i train with weights and run alot..im in good shape i can say... but i have acne...i know acne is mainly hereditary and hormonal related..but would raw food decrease it out?? cos alota pple eat the shittest diet and have hollywood skin..any advice?? i work at a supermarket in my holidays..its quite intense...fruit wouldnt give me the energy..wats a good source of carbs thats raw?/ i mean would %100 rolled oats with organic milk heated for 1min hurt???

  • As you mentioned, there are a lot of factors that causes one to have acne. The main source of acne is having clogged pores that are filled with dirt and oil. Dirt and oil can come from a internal and/or external sources. When you detox you body and cleanse it for a period of time, you should see your acne start to clear up. I've used Proactiv in the past, but am looking for more natural products. Proactiv caused my skin to lighten after extended use.

  • And yes, there are others who eat crap and have excellent skin where you have other who eat very healthy and have acne. It all depends upon the individual. Pay attention to when you face tends to break out the most and what factors are associated with it. Also list the foods you're eating. Some tend to have acne when they consume a lot of gluten rich foods. As for the carbs, I'd have to ask how much fruit are you consuming? Try increasing the amount of fruit that you eat or prepare a

  • large fruit smoothie with some fat added such as coconut oil, a raw nut butter or flax seed oil. Eating large amounts of fruit is hard to do at times, but consuming smoothies and fresh fruit juices will allow you to easily consume these foods. As far as oatmeal goes, you can try consuming raw granola if you're on the raw food diet otherwise, you can continue to consume your oatmeal.

  • Try the smoothies and see what happens.  Try sipping the juices at intervals instead of drinking them in one sitting during your workouts.

  • Acne in North America is mainly caused by the IGF1 hormone found in most milk. This hormone also causes children especially girls to go through puberty at a young age. Most organic milk is still pasteurized, and you can get better nutrition from almond milk or organic soy milk. I have completely removed milk, butter, cheese and my acne disappeared in about 30 days. If you can get your hands on Raw milk go for it but its illegal in most states and Canada. WHY?

  • Cont post. Raw milk is a powerful super-food that will destroy the cancer fungus, and big pharma does not want that to happen they would lose billions. Its a sad world sorry to say. Also non organic meat also contains hormones and that can also be your issue with acne. Support organic farmers if you can afford to. Its expensive but its so important.

  • Raw milk is great. It is my secret weapon in the morning if I miss breakfast.

  • @DeeDuub whether you get pimples or not is hereditary, and finding the foods that are best for you is Important. It is hard not to be jealous of people who can eat anything and still they have beautiful skin. Their bodies aren't using their skin to cleanse the garbage. Who knows? maybe it is all going to turn on them and they'll get some horrible disease. You should be happy that your body

    can eliminate the garbage. Find a good naturopath doctor who may be able to pinpoint the problem..

  • @DeeDuub yes, eating vitamin A fruits/veggies and green juice and drinking waters/teas will greatly improve your skins complexion.

  • @DeeDuub It may be the hormones? If your in your teens or early 20's that may be why? I very rarely got any acne after 22. And that was only b/c i ate like a pig and ate ton's of carbs + junk food. Join any place/club that had a STEAM SAUNA NOT JUST A SUANA. After working out I hit the steam sauna for about 5-10 minutes a day. I'm not a doctor but with a healthy diet & heat from a steam sauna or jacuzzi everyday I can't imagine how oily acne could possibly survive.

  • @DeeDuub Girl I feel your pain. I just recently got my skin cleared. It seemed like no matter what I did, nothing worked. I thought mine was hereditary but I was the only one that had messed up skin. Finally it's fixed and I need no makeup.

  • Congratulations! I've been 60% raw in the last five days, and I've already noticed I no longer overeat or have craving for fattening food. I drink about 3 glasses of juice a day I make with my new juicer.

  • Thank you very much for sharing this video! I have been transition into a raw lifestyle for about 3 weeks, and I have been gradually going more and more raw. Yesterday was my first day completely raw and I feel great! I can't wait to see how much more healthy i feel as time goes on! Can you recommend any sites or books that have been helpful to you?   • I think it is a sacrifice to our body to eat standard cooked and processed foods because we deprive ourselves from well-being. So it is a treat to be raw.

    I've been a vegetarian for three years, and I feel great. I am now starting a raw food vegetarian diet! I cannot wait to feel and see the difference.

  • It's interesting how you see the SAD as a sacrifice when most see giving up all the foods they love as a sacrifice. Boy, our minds are so twisted when it comes to eating and diet. We really have to start thinking for ourselves and see food for it's true purpose, which is to nourish and heal, not taste good and kill.

  • im on a diet thats really!!! really!! good!! it allows you to eat salads meat and sauces everything except flour(any flour isnt allowed) rice pasta etc etc ive lost from 106 Centimetres and now im 93 and im actually starting to drop my pants :) im very proud of myself

  • Enjoy a meal with your family. Pretty soon when you really get into raw and start making raw goodies, they're going to want what you have. I can't keep my husband away from my pates when I make them.

  • If your body is telling you something is wrong, you should be conscious of if. Evaluate what you are doing. Don't suffer through something if your body is telling you that it feels wrong.

  • First of all, respect to you and thx for those nice vids! Im a Karateka and train 6 days a week, my question is - i wanna start eating raw food, not as a diet more as a healthy way - does it influence my daily routine in a bad way? is there enough energy in raw food for 6 days of training?

  • i used to bench press around 200 pound, today after almost 2 months on 100% raw diet, i tried at same level, now i felt it was more easier for me than before, plus 35 minute epiliptical on level 20 which is intense i did at the same day, so fruit really work!!!!!!!!

  • I will do my best to help you. If your family keeps laughing, tell them to purchase the book titled "Skinny Bitch" and have them read it. I don't think I'll ever eat meat again.   • Hi Cynthia you are a great inspiration. i have a suggestion for you. Pl drink 4 to 5 glasses of water upon waking up and don't eat or drink anything for 45 minutes. Your colon will thank you and you will loose weight much faster. Love.

I have more energy and just feel brand new. I shed so much water during the first four days of my juice fast. I thought at one time I'd just spend my days and nights in the bathroom.
