@TheAnomaly24 Yes it is. It's simply an extended scene of the final scene of this particular episode, as evidenced when we see Lionel ACTUALLY inserting the gun into this mouth as opposed to seeing it from the gun's POV.

What's this? ¿5.1? We're hearing only the central channel, we can't hear the song played in the background XD
