1. Bethenny is pathetic, because she's going on and on about something that happened years ago concerning her ex-boyfriend. Kelly has been cordial to Bethenny. It's Bethenny who was cold.

2. Kelly doesn't have to acknowledge Bethenny's presence or bow down to her.

What the hell does Bethenny want? A kiss on the ass. "She didn't give me the time of day". So what!

3. Bethenny insulted Kelly first several times. At the Fashion show, and then at the meeting with Jill (the Madonna comment).

From the get go Bethenny didn't like Kelly, and Kelly didn't even do shit to her. Kelly called Bethenny out on her stupidity at the restaurant after Bethenny was incredibly rude to her at the Fashion show. She was unnecessarily cold. I could have sworn Kelly was trying to converse with Bethenny at the Fashion show, and Bethenny was being so distant. What more does Bethenny want? Bethenny was calm when Kelly was telling her off, because she didn't have shit to say. Grow up, Bethenny!

Bethenny wasn't rude to Kelly at the fashion show, like she said "I don't like to make small talk"...Kelly wasn't really intrested in talking to Bethenny, and as you saw, everytime Bethenny commented on something Kelly had just said, Kelly ignored her and continued to blab on about herself.
