  • Good to see her back. A decade or so ago, she was one of the best Fiordiligis I ever heard. Hopefully she can find a repertoire she will be comfortable in and return to the big stage.

  • Wow! Carol Vaness was one of the singers I was really in love with her in the '90's, along with Dawn Upshaw and several others. I thought she had pretty much retired from the operatic stage after taking a position in the IU School of Music, but obviously she hasn't completely. I love her voice, her timbre, her feistiness, just her whole personality. Brava, diva Carol! Thank you H.
