in the 22nd measure almost everyone makes the same mistake as she and i both did. the last note for the second 16th note is a C. i also thought it was a D, which is what she played. other than that she did really well. very well in tune too :)

the problem with these 'wonderkids' is that no one will care about their playing once they reach older age, there's nothing special about a 24 year old guy or girl who can play an instrument.

but i wish i could play violin ;-) the problem is that the sound is horrible of this instrument unless you can play good.

hopefully at 24 we'll be even better, and that's all that should be strived for....

@Adsem you are right, and you are wrong. when she is like 23-24 if she sticks with it, she may not be a wonder kid, but she would no doubt be playing in her local symphony orchestra, or somthing bigger. So as a child she gets credit for playing somthing complicated, because not allot of children can do that, but as an adult she would get credit for being a part of some musical organization

or even composing, again somthing most adults that are musically inclined never have the chance to do.

I will post this like a critic of instrumental music: I play cello, I have done this book. : P, anyways....as I was saying, the basics were fine, but she needs a little practice on the notes, she needs to "tenderize" the sound of the music. For example, in about 1:06 to 1:09, it was quite squeaky. And you need a lot of passion in your playing to succed, which I see a bit throughout your playing. Otherwise, I give you 3/5.
