This is a good video... a lot of content summarized rather well. Thanks for posting, looking forward to watching your future videos. There is a lot of average stuff out there on YouTube, but I think this is great material. How long have you been creating videos? I just started and am trying to pick up ideas from other users with content rich channels (like yours). Any tips?
I was looking for something about Reagan since his birthday's coming up and came across this video. Outstanding look at early Reagan from someone who is just a regular person. Usually all we hear from are the "big shots" who forget that we are the ones who elected him because he spoke for us. Good job.
Thanks for the message I was once a small business owner until 911. Now I'm serving my last few years in uniform. I would love to reopen my business and received the same kind of support as big business receives. Seems big business always gets the cake and the small business get what’s left.
What is the Perfect tax rate? Is it 10% or 90% or what? Which would collect more revenue,10 or 90% Most conservatives would choose 10% and most liberals would pick 90%. How many of you would willingly pay 90% and not resort to black market selling? Not many , I think , which would cause a terrible drop in the amount of revenue. Now how many of you would pay 10% and not think of trying to get around paying it? How much would lower taxes provide for reinvestment and additional revenue?
How ironic! You choose Reagan as a focal point for small business. Reagan created the "Golden Parachute" and encouraged rewarding CEOs for bankrupting their Corporation through ridiculous tax cuts (the Republican panacaea). You talk real "slick", Joe. Just like most politicians, you have an agenda and your message defies reality.
Looking around the area I live it is virtually impossible to find a small family owned hardware store or clothing store or shoe store. My favorite family owned store that sold bass fishing gear got wiped out by the corporations. All the corner grocery stores in my town are out of business. A small business starting or staying in business is brutal. Corporate competition and governmentv red tape are killing them. The land of opportunity is in big trouble.
Joe- Spot on! Reagan left the democrat party after Ike's Military-Industrial Complex speech for all the reasons you cite. The 'too-big-to-fail' mentality fosters the same problem Reagan recognized. The backbone of our economy is small business opportunity. Obama spoke passionately of 'fundamental transformation'. No matter what he 'meant'...may that transformation become a conservative uprising based on individual liberties (the basis for true independent economic prosperity for all).
Powerful! I am so glad you sent me a message here on youtube! I like your effort so much I am going to feature it on my TheodoreMedia online effort. I will be featuring your videos on GrizzlyGroundswell and other blogs August 9th through the 15th. I will also be sharing your videos more here now that I am subscribed to your channel. I would like to talk with you about your online effort and help in anyway I can. Keep getting #Grizzly! Chad T. Everson Pres. TheodoreMedia
