I'm intrigued at Rogan's philosophical lectures, it's a rise of admiration in comparison of his previous career endeavors. My opinion on the subject matter, people talk about this self esteem movement from parents and I think that brought pressure to the children who felt bad about themselves in a reality that glorifies perfection. So they seek that gratification in an alternate reality to vicariously achieve positive emotions. I'm aware playing games isn't progressive but so is mocking them.
In a game we can affort to risk more because it´s a game and at it´s worst i just reloaded, but in real life we can´t. Most of the people have normal life and it´s through games that they become something like the saver of the world, it´s like that internal desire to improve without real risk and true effort
And where the fuck were you interviewing Joe at, like an old lady's apartment...also I'm in to hardcore as well like the shows too I'm actually going to see Devil Wears Prada in about a week
IDK about that 'natural' stuff. I tend to think that yes, it's natural for us to evolve in the direction that we have, as a response to our environment and stimuli, but that the catalyst to those changes was unnatural. Take a man who everone, even Joe might consider evil. Now put that man in the place of the proposed catalyst. What he has done is perverse and although we're innocent insofar as we're unaware that our natural responses have been manipulated, regardless, it's inexcusable.
@TerriblexOne Used to be. Made this account when I used to book hardcore shows. No longer doing that. Too much liability and I moved on to better music hah Still listen to some of it though.
jerzyhxc. brilliant interview man. joe rogan is so friendly. i wanna shmoke with him. you dont look that nervous to me. just thrilled to be interviewing rogan. nice work calling your insulters twats. didnt know americans used the word. awesome insult
I totally agree with Joe, there is a huge problem with humans excluding themselves and everything we do with nature. The word nature is becoming evermore synonymous with "non-human related". it's so incredibly common, and few people realize it. I don't think this is a healthy mindset.
When he says "we are addicted to material possesions..." I think he's wrong there. I know I'm not addicted to possesions and he talks about it like because he is everyone in the world is. He is right on a lot of things but that's one that I found wrong.
@alexworksfromhome99 Why do you guys fuck with this guy so much. Hes giving Joe his full attention, he probs doesnt have the right voice for interviewing but hes asking good questions and hes getting joe to say some interesting shit.
@daniel42490 We did a contest where we gave away a fanny pack signed by him. So when I saw he was in Montreal I figured it was the best time to set up an interview. I'm fully aware of how goofy I look in this, but that's what happens when you get 3 hrs of sleep after a night of drinking and bailing your friend out of jail, followed by college graduation and no food. I really appreciate all the positive feedback. Besides the negative seems to be coming from bitter twats.
@jerzyhxc Rogan tends to stare off when he's thinking, I do that a lot too and it's kinda hard for some people who are built on proper notions of social interaction to deal with that. People have weird ways in expressing themselves, its interesting to see all the variations of action and reaction to it.
Thanks for the upload!
