I have got to say, I got into an accident today... that car hit me because the driver went around another car and hit me almost head on while I was in my lane. I have very little damage to my my 2005 Wrangler, and it even saved me a trip to the hospital (I smashed my head into the window, but if I have plastic windows). The other car is completely totaled, and I got to walk away with just a very sad face and damaged front panels. It was like he hit a brick wall doing 50mph

There is this patented design by Honda, it's a pretty big deal so you should check it out. It's called the ACE body structure. ;) Not saying this car isn't safe, just saying that patent gives some objectivite credibility to his statement.
