  • Love it. Just been on Tony Blackburns Radio 2 show, No. 14 this week in 1990. Alot of people took the piss out of Big Fun, and Sonia, but there arent many classier 90s records than this. x

  • @WESTSTAND63 your comment made me laugh. I too was listening to ''pick of the pops'' whilst out driving. It's ages since i've heard this played on the radio. It still sounded great, and brightened up a long shitty day at work. Lol

  • amo Sonia Evans...quanta saudade!!

  • Great song. Thanks for posting this video

  • I love Big Fun!!

  • The original version that was recorded is so much better hopefully it leaks in full

  • Nice take on "What Does It Take" by Jr. Walker & the All-Stars from which the song owes its debt to...

  • oi stop slagging of Big Fun- I still know them!! though I admit it was very cheesy!! But I was only 13/14 when they first were on the charts!!

  • I agree, Can'tforgetyou, Sonia has a great voice. And I too love "Can't Forget You". I have it on cd single.

  • I love the song so much!!!!

    thanks for this genial clip!!

    greetings from germany

  • I remember watching this actual performance first time around. Memories....thanks for posting...

  • is michaela the host ?

  • No. It was "Loose Women" presenter Jackie Brambles. She was know as Jakki Brambles then when she worked for Radio 1. Have to agree she does look like Michaela though.

  • It's loose women host Jackie Brambles-

    What was her hat about??????????????????

  • Love this record.

Big fun were the chesiest boy group arond, think if sonia had of recorded this with another group or singer it might of done better in the charts.

  • I totally agree with you. Big Fun were Cheesy. One of the members split and then they became a duo and called themselves Big Fun 2. Released a cover of the Johnson Brothers 1980 hit "Stomp" in 1994. The song flopped then they went their seperate ways.

  • well, you learn something new everyday....

  • This song peaked at number 14, though it was a charity single - it never reached the Top ten...

  • Didn't know that they did a TOTP performance of this song. My god didn't Jackie Brambles look embarrasing?

  • Sonia really has a great voice. I think 'Can't forget you' is the best song ever written on earth. I love this song sooooooo much. Do you like that song too?

  • A great song. Thanks for posting.
