Who thinks this should of gone differently? I think Castle should of come in got pissed challenged them then knocked them both on the floor in seconds then started to spar with Kate but much more intense than this. With more rolling around on the ground :)

Guess what! Now there's going to be an actual FIST FIGHT between two people off this show on the premiere episode of Season Four. :D I'm putting my money on Castle and DMB. Have Kate be a little drugged up and tell DMB what Rick said before she lost consciousness and then have DMB either confront him or have him try to keep Castle away from Kate... and every Caskett fan knows that won't end well for Josh if he does try to keep Rick away from her.

nah I lead with my left and I am right handed, same with some of my friends, I don't think it matters

@rainintogravity its a MMA- mixed martial arts, all federal, state police/agents are trained in that. its a mix of traditional moves like karate/kung fu with a mix of grappling -jujitsu/judo.

Left handed stances are called southpaw. There are mainly two reasons that people go southpaw.

1. They are left-handed.

2. They are right-handed and since there is a longer distance between the target therefore the fist can accelerate more therefore a stronger punch. It also throws alot people off since most people are right handed and are used to fighting people normal style.

@rainintogravity That's actually a normal stance. Leading with your right is actually southpaw, when your left hand would be a straight punch. Being left-handed doesn't mean you'll fight southpaw though; I'm left handed but I was taught to lead with my left.

And that's definitely MMA. It's really fun, you should try it. :D
