RIP Rene, and yes, he was a natural.I clicked this because i am mourning Heath Ledger,and this just seemed appropriate. Love the vocals on this cover and I clicked it,too, because I had thought that "sugar man" was the only Sixto song done. Shows my lack of knowledge, huh? Somehow,the best are always taken from us,no matter whom they are,be it entertainer of just normal people. RIP Rene, as I had said, he seemed to embrace this,so natural,and so free. Rare quality in a musician nowadays.

I agree - I'm also from SA originally and grew up with Rodriguez - it's a mystery to me why he is not better known internationally. This is also a moving tribute to a friend who has passed on. Respect!
