  • Looks like you guys had a blast!

  • @virginiabassin Thanks; not the best day of fishing but we tried!

  • thanks!

  • SIMMER DOWN !!!

  • @flippintheweeds OK, we'll try! :)

  • BEAUTY video man! QUESTION: what country do you fish? example(kentucky, texas, new york) tec...

  • @pikeangler145 Thanks P.A.145! The state I'm fishing in (I believe on all the fishing videos I've posted) is Missouri. We live in Southwest Missouri not far from four major lakes: Lake of the Ozarks, Table Rock, Stockton and Pomme de Terre. There's others like Bull Shoals and Taneycomo but I haven't fished them yet.

  • can't believe that little guy went after that crank

  • Thanks for watching and commenting, Philly. Those crazy green sunfish are really "gamey" little guys. "Mr. Sparkly" reminds me all the time that bass are members of the sunfish family so maybe that explains it.

  • @Winkiedoodles hey you think i'd catch any now here in maryland since its march should i use crankbaits i heard the red eye shad lipless crank works good

  • Well, if you get a nice day, might as well see if the fish are biting. Around here (in MO) there's some early activity with white bass but I don't have anything to report.

  • nice fish Iike the days when its just fish after fish after fish thanks for sharing

  • You are welcome, and thanks for watching and commenting. Table Rock can be really good (or bad) but since it rarely freezes, its fishable year round.

  • Any idea why you tube marked this comment as spam? How do they decide that? It seems like a perfectly nice comment.

  • definitely greenies good fish there. winkies!5/5

  • Wow, thanks, and sorry for getting back to you so late. Yup, greenies!

  • This video was nicely produced....enjoyed it!.....I must say those lil guys were not warmouths....their green sunfish......keep up the good work!

  • Thanks, Muskymod! You are 100% correct; the little fish were indeed green sunfish! As kids, we'd call them perch. Then I learned that perch are a different kind of fish. Some years ago someone told me they were Warmouth so I believed that to be true since they weren't blue gills. You are the first to correct the error! Thanks so very much! (I'll mention it in the video description.)

  • This is a great video and I was very impressed. Very funny as well. Five stars from me. Keep em coming.

  • Thanks, Kicker! I just finished uploading a decent vid from a little excursion last weekend, so, as requested, they are keeping coming! My friend Barry has been real busy with work so we haven't gone lately but hope to get back down to "the Rock."

  • Table Rock! Sounds great! Awesome video, Don! By the way, how do you get multiple photos on your YouTube page? I'd really like to do that with mine.

  • Thanks for commenting, Matt! It gave me the chance to go back and watch this video and remember that silly trip. Check your channel messages for the tip on how I made the background montage.

  • is that your boat Yes im watching this vid again I love how the warmouth hit those big spinnerbaits

  • Lays, the Triton is my fishing buddy Barry's boat. Thanks for watching!

  • I love your videos they are funny and entertaining. Just tell me one thing, how do you catch a panfish on a big spinnerbait!

  • Thanks, Lays! Those crazy warmouth hit just about anything sometimes. Appreciate the kind comments!

  • ha so thats why you recommended the fatboy =)

  • Sure! I was using a Bandit and Barry was using a Fat Boy. The color that really seemed to work was Canary. I have to get a couple of those Fat Boys myself; they outfished that Bandit considerably!

  • Another great video! It looks like you had a great time. The 90lbs Warmouths was huge. 5*

  • Norm, thanks! It was indeed a very enjoyable fall outing. We'd heard reports that they were in the backs of coves, but turned out they (not the perch/warmouth) were still pretty deep.

  • how long was your biffest fish

  • my biffest was a dink the largemouth and the kentucky were both over 15 in not real big

  • ThanksJoe! How's the fishin' in Ohio?

  • Funny stuff man.

    5 Stars

  • Oops, sorry Joe. I commented back to myself. Thanks for watching....my fishing ego has been really bruised lately; I'm hoping to redeem my reputation soon! (ha)
