I always force everybody in my car to wear seatbelts, even the passangers on the back seats.

I had a friend that crashed into a tree at 80km/h he had the seatbelt on and no injury, just some bruzes from the seatbelt. So yeah! everybody should wear the seatbelt, they are there for a reason.
