Love Shinobi (PS2). Loved the series since Shinobi 3 (Genesis/Mega Drive). But the PS2 version has a punishing difficulty. By the 4th level, you damn near hit a wall at the boss fight.

Strider Hiryu is the coolest ninja of them all, period, but Ninja Gaiden right now have the best game and nobody can denied that. Sigma 2 is just too great, it has the perfect gameplay with the right amount of violence to satisfy us all.

You see in Japan when someone kinda copies another person style it's not actrully coping, actrully it's the exact oppisite. The way they see it if someone copies or comes close to copying your work it's like they're paying homage to you for inspiring them with your style of anime, video game, movie ect. So i dont thimk ninja gaiden really copied this game i think they were just trying to pay homage and keep this style of video games alive. Thumps Up if you agree

@CJEZZY100 Problem is, you cant really american-ize these games. Because, they are too fucking hard. But, I did beat this game on the hardest difficulty, which is why I state "FUCKING". Ninja Gaiden is too easy, compared to this, its way to easy. I do appreciate the fact they keep games like this alive, but I dont appreciate the fact they make it significantly easier. That is a big problem for me, because it takes away from the experience.

The red scarf is badass, but not very practical. Can you see someone who wears a 10ft scarf everywhere being anything but a ninja? It's hardly appropriate attire for a cashier at food lion. It'd always get caught in the conveyor belt and get tangled up and shit.

I just felt like siding with Shinobi because other than I played it through and it's such a great game, I am also affected when people in here on gaiden's side starts flaming shinobi. So that's that I guess and when I played the recent gaiden, I never got excited and didn't like it. So that's how I came to hate it. Such a waste of money for me I guess :)
